The Terms and Conditions is the agreement made between users of Blue Plus Application(“you”) and Blue Plus (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our Blue Plus mobile application.
You agree that by accessing the Blue Plus Application, you have been through, understood, and agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of Blue Plus
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BLUE PLUS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY RESTRICTED FROM USING THE BLUE PLUS APPLICATION AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
We secure the right, in our sole discretion, to make modifications or revisions to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly to stay informed of updates.
The data provided on the Blue Plus Application is not intended for forging, duplication, copy, or distribution to or use by any person.
The Application is intended for the audience who are at least 18 years old. Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to register for the Blue Plus Application.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise indicated, the Blue Plus Application is our proprietary property and all “Content” and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us and are shielded by intellectual property rights.
GENERAL
You agree that there is no association (partnership, joint controllership, employment, or agency relationship) between you and us in consequence of the Terms or Services.
